Combining superior performance with ease of use, the Eco-Buggy™ Dependent Mobility Base represents a new level of achievement for Otto Bock's pediatric mobility products.

Features & Benefits

Although a very economical mobility option, the Eco-Buggy™ in no way skimps on quality and durability. Its frame is powder-coated aluminum to resist scratching and rust, and to hold loads up to 110lbs. The Eco-Buggy™ features twin casters and rear wheels with an easily accessible and solid footbrake. The front casters come standard with swivel wheel locks for easier maneuvering on rough terrain. Standard swing-away footrests make transferring the child a breeze. These same footrests are height adjustable to accommodate a variety of knee to ankle lengths, and to grow with the child. The seat and back upholstery are reinforced to ensure stability. The back angle can be reclined for varying hip angle positions. Seat depth can be adjusted from 12" to 14" to accommodate growth. The standard pelvic belt provides additional seating comfort and security. For caregiver convenience, a snap-on under-frame storage bag is included with every Eco-Buggy™.

Indications for Use

Ability to control upper body and remain in an upright, seated position without the use of many positioning aids; fatiguing syndrome; or secondary mobility device for the child.

Warranty Information

The Eco-Buggy™ frame is backed by a five-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All subcomponents are backed by a one-year warranty. Please contact Otto Bock HealthCare's Customer Service group for specific warranty information.
