The Delta Twist™ offers the ultimate in controlling vertical and rotational forces.

Interchangeable elastomer plates, ranging from soft (red) to medium (yellow) to hard (green) allow you to adjust internal and external rotation independently, creating a softer, more elastic internal rotation at heel strike and a firmer, more biomechanically correct external rotation during toe-off. In addition, you can purchase an extra hard (black) rotational plate that can eliminate one or both of the rotational directions.

A continuously adjustable tension setting along with interchangeable elastomer bars allow for precise adaptation to your patient's weight and activity. This grants smooth dampening of shock forces and provides a more comfortable gait.
Indications

To reduce the strain on the remaining joint and muscle system due to shock forces from normal ambulation.

To help counteract the strain of torsional loads on the residual limb caused by everyday activities such as getting in a car, golfing, walking on uneven surfaces, or walking in crowds.

4R120 - For connection with a 30mm tube adapter, for patients up to 220 lbs with moderate to high activity levels.
